Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 28, 2026

1. Introduction

RelayGuard ("we," "our," or "us") provides email monitoring, call escalation, and optional auto-reply tooling for carriers using Amazon Relay. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

A. Account and Contact Information

We collect information you provide directly, including your email address, phone number, company name, billing identifiers, and operational settings.

B. Google User Data

RelayGuard integrates with Google APIs for Gmail-based monitoring. We request only the access needed for the features you enable.

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send only when Spot Work Auto-Reply is enabled

How we use this data: We use Gmail access solely to:

  1. Identify Amazon Relay emails relevant to your monitoring workflow.
  2. Read the specific email details needed to detect booked loads, load timing, cancellations, and other alert conditions.
  3. Send replies from your connected Gmail account only when you explicitly enable Spot Work Auto-Reply.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell email data, and do not request permission to delete or modify Gmail messages.

RelayGuard's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data or Google user data. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: vendors that help us operate the service, such as Twilio for calling, Stripe for payments, Supabase for database hosting, and infrastructure providers.
  • Legal Compliance: If required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. Gmail refresh tokens and other sensitive credentials are stored securely. No internet service can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to limit access and reduce unnecessary data collection.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and operational data only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request account deletion by contacting support.
