By accessing or using RelayGuard ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

RelayGuard provides email monitoring, phone call escalation, and optional auto-reply services for carriers. The Service is designed to help carriers respond to time-sensitive Amazon Relay email events. You acknowledge that RelayGuard is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Amazon, Amazon Relay, or Amazon Logistics.

3. Beta Status

RelayGuard is currently offered in beta. Features may evolve, operational limits may change, and some edge cases may still be refined. We may update workflows, eligibility, or pricing as the product matures.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for ensuring your notification settings (phone numbers, quiet hours) are correct.
• You are responsible for the content of any replies sent from your connected Gmail account through Spot Work Auto-Reply.
• You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

5. Payment and Subscription

RelayGuard is valid only with an active subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Use of the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. RelayGuard makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.We do not guarantee that every email will be detected or that every call will be delivered, as these depend on third-party providers (Google, Twilio, cellular networks).

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RelayGuard, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
