RelayGuard provides automated email monitoring and phone call escalation services for logistics carriers. The Service is designed to help carriers respond to time-sensitive load updates. You acknowledge that RelayGuard is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Amazon, Amazon Relay, or Amazon Logistics.
RelayGuard is valid only with an active subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Use of the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. RelayGuard makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.We do not guarantee that every email will be detected or that every call will be delivered, as these depend on third-party providers (Google, Twilio, cellular networks).
In no event shall RelayGuard, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
